Happy Independence Day, Hoosiers (and everyone else!)

We spent the morning of July 4th at My Son ruins near Hoi An and then flew to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in the afternoon. In honor of America's Independence Day we ate dinner at KFC. A restaurant neither of us had eaten at in years seemed absolutely mouth watering after weeks of rice and noodles. Amazingly the gravy tastes exactly the same! But the chicken strips were pretty puny, just like the live chickens running around everywhere...Seemed more like Col. Kurtz than Col. Sanders...

However we throughly enjoyed our meal:







We even had hot fudge sundaes!
