Cooking school.

Yesterday we took a Thai cooking class at a school here in Chiang Mai. It started with a trip to the local market, where we learned about Thai ingredients and sampled mysterious Chinese beverages.






We prepared a variety of tasty dishes, including fried cashew nut chicken, spicy noodle salad, chicken and coconut milk soup, tom yum prawn soup, and red curry (including making our own curry paste!).

Of course, we had to eat everything we prepared. So tough!
